CommInnSense is a hospitality software company. We build, ship, and support a focused suite of operational tools for independent hotels and small chains — and we don't try to be anything else.
Built by people who understand how the front desk actually runs.
CommInnSense emerged from years of work inside hospitality — building, configuring, and supporting the operational software that hotels run on. Call accounting, PMS integrations, wake-up audits, guest service workflows — the unglamorous infrastructure that quietly keeps a property functional.
The frustration that drove this company was simple: enterprise vendors built tools for enterprise IT departments, and the independent hoteliers we worked with kept getting stuck with the wrong shape of solution at the wrong price point.
So we started building software for the actual buyer. The general manager. The owner-operator. The front desk supervisor. The IT contractor who's going to install it.
Less surface area. More depth.
You'll notice we don't have a long list of products. That's deliberate. Every product we ship has to solve a real hotel operations problem that's been validated by a real property running it in production.
Every change to our roadmap comes from real customer feedback, not a quarterly board presentation. Every release ships because it makes something objectively better for the people using it.
That's not a marketing position. It's how we work.
Four principles that shape what we build.
Hospitality, exclusively.
We don't build for retail, restaurants, coworking, or spas — except when those exist inside a hotel. The focus is the product. Spread thin is just spread.
Built on real production feedback.
Every feature is informed by a live property using it every day. Theory is cheap; running a real hotel on it is the test that matters.
Partners are part of the model.
Telecom dealers and integrators built the relationships with the properties they serve. We don't replace those relationships — we equip them.
Audit trails are not optional.
Hospitality runs on accountability — disputes, comps, charges, change logs. We bake an honest record into everything we ship.
